Long revered by healers, Rosemary was considered sacred by the ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures. Due to its herbaceous and energizing scent, it is frequently used in aromatherapy. Taken internally, it helps to reduce nervous tension and occasional fatigue.
